In 2001 Ken was deemed fit to be an expert accountant witness in court trials. He is also accredited with NAVCA – National Association of Certified Value Analysts. That means he is one of an elite few who are qualified to determine the value of a business, and what it may sell for.

In 2002, Kenneth graduated from law school and upon passing the bar exam in Florida, opened up his own private practice.
